Although I apply relatively conventional methodologies in my coaching, I’m often described as bringing a unique and innovative perspective to the table. πŸš€

First of all, I don’t offer a one-size-fits-all product; it’s always a tailor-made offer. Each of my customers has a particular context and culture to which I adapt the offering and solutions.

My speciality is analysing systems and interpersonal dynamics, and solving problems. In addition to analysing pragmatic dysfunctions, I’m also able to perceive trends and influences, read between the lines, and decipher things that are invisible to the habituated eyes. πŸ‘€

I also attach great importance to social justice and taking care of people in the workplace is my greatest motivation (How else will you get a performing organisation?). I like to make sure that the well-being and comfort of those I am working with is at the heart of my consulting practices.

PS: Are you wondering what this photo represents? I asked myself the same question when I saw the machine, and when we dug into its purpose (these are blades for cutting a product into strips) we realised that there was a manufacturing misalignment that created quality defects… Curiosity may kill the cat, but it solves many problems! 🐈
